Maintenance Utility Associate

We’re in search of a hard-working team player to join us as a maintenance and utility person. You’ll be in charge of the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of our building. A typical day includes vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing floors, shampooing carpets, and any additional maintenance duties as needed. If you take pride in a clean space and love working on a team, fill out an application. Responsibilities: • Eliminate dangerous hazards and wipe up spills with squeegees or sponges • Secure building by locking doors once cleaning is complete • Report areas cleaned and make sure managers know if major repairs are needed • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building • Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily Qualifications: • Must have a U.S. driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite • Over 1 year of experience in cleaning services as a janitor or similar job • Strong working knowledge of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment • Excellent stamina and physical health • Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic Compensation: $12 hourly, more with experience
