Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will DoDeveloping Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including test instructions, workflow/routing, labor standards, tool, and fixture designs.Working with test development engineers on new or existing test hardware and software.Supporting manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting, incorporation of engineering changes into the MDP, providing technical support to testing of production hardware and maintenance of test equipment.Dispositioning non-conforming material with root cause and corrective action analysis as required.Driving Continuous Improvement to improve cycle time, reduce ergonomic risk, automate, reduce costs (both direct and indirect) using CORE principles and data driven decision making.Tool/fixture development to drive ergonomics into processes.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience. 5+ years of hardware testing.The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, asonly U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Qualifications We PreferExcellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge and ability to apply RTX CORE principles and techniques.Test requirements interpretation, Schematic diagram interpretation, knowledge of operating commercial test equipment for test and troubleshooting.Demonstrated hands-on Electronics aptitude.Ability to work in a team environment and manage small team.Master's degree preferred.Active DoD Secret clearance.Experience with Refurbishment and Repair requirements and processing of Government Furnished Material (GFM) or Equipment (GFE).What We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
