Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. In this role, you will support the 1st shift production floor of CCM High Mix area in a test engineering capacity. This includes, but is not limited to, training test operators, troubleshooting test equipment and production hardware, and analyzing systemic production failures.What You Will DoInteract with Test Operators, Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, and operations staff to support production testing, requiring effective organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts, or defined plans to support production testing.Assist with troubleshooting failures on CCAs by performing data analysis and visual inspections.Identify trends in defects and collaborate with the appropriate teams to resolve issues in a timely manner to prevent future build process defects.May participate in new test set builds.Support test equipment coordination between internal customers.Maintain and improve production test procedures as well as provide inputs on production procedures across the production floor.Contribute to the integration of process improvements into production workflows.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.Experience with RF testing equipment.Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and/or mechanical issues.Ability to obtain Interim Confidential U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
