THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Custom Truck One Source is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our team. We need someone who can hit the ground running, leveraging their expertise to support our nationwide corporate group. This role is crucial in sourcing top talent and ensuring our team continues to thrive as we scale and evolve. Primary Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and interview candidates to build a pipeline of talent. Candidate Experience: Provide continuous follow-up with applicants to ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Collaboration: Communicate daily with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR to understand hiring needs and priorities. Recruitment Strategy: Strategically consult with hiring managers on recruitment analytics to drive business performance and retention. Campus Partnerships: Develop and maintain recruiting collaborations with local colleges. Social Media Recruitment: Develop and maintain social media recruitment campaigns to attract the right talent. Presentation Skills: Create and deliver presentations using PowerPoint and Excel to communicate recruitment strategies effectively. On-boarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for selected candidates. Training: Conduct training webinars for hiring managers on utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) effectively. Innovative Job Listings: Create innovative job templates using various mediums like videos, photos, etc., to attract top talent. Employment Branding: Assist in driving engagement with Talent Programs and Employment Branding platforms. Experience Experience: A minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Industry Knowledge: Experience recruiting in corporate functions such as Finance, Accounting, Sales, Human Resources, IT, Marketing; Manufacturing and Heavy Equipment industry experience is a plus. Recruitment: Ability to effectively manage a rolling average of 10-20 open requisitions via a mix of sourcing strategies including agencies, referrals, regional recruiting, direct / passive sourcing, etc. Social Media Savvy: Passionate about promoting employment branding on social media channels like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc. Benefits 401(k) with Employer Match Competitive Health Care Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Vacation, Sick and HolidaysSTD/ LTD
