Operation Executive
CIMC World Lianda International Logistics Co., Ltd.
- Be responsible for negotiating with customers, receiving orders, and arranging booking space, transportation, cargo tracking, customs declaration, settlement and other matters;
- Prepare sea/air transport documents and other related files, be responsible for entering receivables and payables, and arrange invoicing matters;
- Be responsible for providing overseas agency business documents and goods release matters;
- Sorting and filing of documents and files, etc.
- Handling customer complaints and disputes, as well as other related tasks assigned by superiors Job Requirements:
- Familiar with the processes of the loan agency/international logistics industry, with more than 2 years of experience in sea transportation/land transportation/air transportation/operation customer service.
- Be familiar with the one-stop customer service, operation and document processing workflow;
- International Trade/Business English/Logistics Management major is preferred, with good English reading and writing skills.
- Proficiency in operating common software such as Foxmail and outlook, and familiarity with the FMS system is preferred.
- Possess good communication skills and learning ability;
- Those with relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry are preferred
