Client HOA Accountant: GL, GAAP & Financial Close

FirstService Residential is seeking a Client Accountant to manage accounting and financial reporting for a diverse HOA client base in Scottsdale, AZ. You’ll prepare statements, perform journal entries, reconcile balances, and ensure GAAP compliance for all actions. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting and 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in HOA/real estate.
