Regional Sales Manager

Regional Sales Manager (RSM) — Neuroscience (Lone Star Region) Territory: Entire state of Texas excluding Houston and Amarillo. Ideal candidate resides in Austin or San Antonio. Essential responsibilities: Identify, recruit, coach, and retain top talent for the Teva Neuroscience sales team. Coach others on regional focus areas (settings of care, payer and pull-through opportunities, marketing strategy execution). Develop business plans to meet/exceed regional sales goals. Train/coaching on settings of care to identify key opportunities. Coordinate with sales leadership, other sales teams, market access, sales operations, and training. Adhere to compliance guidelines and operate with integrity. Review weekly/monthly data reports to identify trends and address concerns. Coach execution of the defined call plan and mentor teams from hire date onward. Spend 90+ days in the field supporting local sales representatives. Qualifications / experience: Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience, pharmaceutical management experience, or equivalent headquarters experience. Demonstrated success achieving goals and developing/coaching effective teams. Skills/requirements: Live and virtual customer interaction; proficient with technology. Reimbursement and pull-through strategy knowledge; experience in CMHC, specialty pharmacy, and private practice. Proven written/verbal communication. Valid US driver’s *license *and acceptable driving record. Travel: Extensive travel throughout the assigned region (may include air, weekend, or overnight). Compensation: $160,000–$200,000 starting annual salary; eligible for sales incentive plan. #J-18808-Ljbffr
