Job Description

Aerospace CNC Machinist (Apprentice - Level III Machinist)

Fort Collins, CO

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00pm-3:30am +$2/hr differential

3rd Shift: Friday-Sunday 5:00am-5:30pm +$4/hr differential

Pay

Apprentice: $18–$22/hour
Level I: $22–$26/hour
Level II: $26–$30/hour
Level III: $30–$34/hour

What You'll Do

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes.
Read blueprints and engineering drawings.
Perform inspections using precision measuring tools.
Make tool offsets and machine adjustments.
Produce high-quality precision components while meeting production goals.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

CNC machining experience or a strong desire to learn (Apprentice opportunities available).
Ability to read blueprints is preferred.
Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable work ethic and willingness to grow within the company.
