In this resident-first, mission-driven role, you’ll build relationships, understand each prospect’s needs, explain independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing services, and guide families through tours and next steps. Partner with community teams to manage inquiries, maintain timely follow-up, and create a welcoming, respectful experience. Bring strong communication, organization, and consultative sales skills, along with a compassionate approach and commitment to enhancing seniors’ quality of life.
