Digital Consulting Manager-Oracle HCM Payroll/Managed Services (U.S. or Canada)

Responsibilities Lead and manage projects, building long‑standing relationships with clients and collaborating with colleagues to solve their most important challenges. Plan, shape and deliver technology solutions that align seamlessly with client goals, visions and missions. Mentor and develop junior staff on the engagement team, sharing expertise, feedback and encouragement. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience. 5‑7+ years of experience in Oracle delivery, managed services, or enterprise IT services. Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically the Payroll module. Experience as a functional application specialist with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module. Strong knowledge of Managed Services delivery frameworks and transition methodologies. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration. Demonstrated leadership experience at the Manager level. Flexible living locations in the U.S. or Canada. Canadian citizenship required for TN visa eligibility (U.S. travel as needed). Compensation Estimated base salary: $145,000 – $170,000 (U.S.). Including an annual incentive compensation program, the total estimated compensation range is $166,750 – $212,500 (U.S.).
