Manager, Oracle HCM Core HR - U.S. or Canada

Manager, Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR – U.S. or Canada Responsibilities Lead full‑lifecycle Core HR implementations, including system familiarization, requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post‑go‑live support. Drive design workshops and manage Core HR workstreams, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and successful integration with HCM modules such as Payroll, Benefits, and Talent. Provide strong stakeholder management and client advisory services while mentoring and managing junior and offshore resources. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related to the position or equivalent experience. 5–7 years of consulting experience with cloud implementations. End‑to‑end project implementation experience in Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings. Functional specialist experience with Oracle Cloud Core HR, workforce structures, employee lifecycle processes, security, and approvals. Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal capabilities to establish trustful relationships. Demonstrated ability to train and develop colleagues in project management and technical domains. Track record of contributing to multiple projects of varying scale and duration. Willingness to travel up to 50% as required. Canadian citizenship required for TN visa travel to the U.S. as needed. Benefits and Compensation Base salary: $145,000.00 – $170,000.00 (U.S.). Estimated total compensation including incentive: $166,750 – $212,500 (U.S.). Health, dental, and vision coverage. Annual incentive compensation program. Retirement plan with employer match.
