Associate Director, Strategic Planning and Operations Aesthetics PCS

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to VP, helping shape priorities and improve team effectiveness
• Lead franchise planning processes including long-range strategic planning and launch readiness
• Design and coordinate strategic planning sessions and cross-functional forums with action tracking
• Oversee critical initiatives and special projects, monitoring milestones and managing risks
• Establish transparent operating rhythms and reporting to ensure accountability and execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience strongly preferred
• Proven strategic planning, organizational, and communication capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
• Demonstrated relationship management and ability to influence without direct authority
• Effective written and oral communication skills for presenting complex processes
• Experience working efficiently in matrixed organizational structures
