PROJECT MANAGER
Location: Seattle, WA
Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Our client, a leading commercial drywall contractor in the Seattle market, emphasizes excellence and employee development while maintaining the highest standards in the industry.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager capable of handling multiple large-scale commercial drywall projects valued at $1MM+ each.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven experience managing multiple commercial drywall projects
• Track record of successful $1MM+ project completion
• Expert proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid
• Strong understanding of commercial drywall systems
• Excellent client relationship skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage multiple large-scale commercial projects simultaneously
• Oversee project budgets and schedules
• Coordinate with general contractors and trades
• Lead project teams and field personnel
• Ensure project profitability and client satisfaction
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Manage project documentation and reporting
• Coordinate with estimating team

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
• Advanced proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid (required)
• Strong understanding of commercial drywall systems
• Expertise in reading and interpreting construction documents
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
