• Pay: $19-$20/hr based on experience
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
• Additional hours available during tax season, with potential for full-time hours
• Long-term opportunity with a reputable local accounting firm What You'll Be Doing
• Answer phones and greet clients and walk-in visitors
• Schedule appointments and manage office calendars
• Perform filing, scanning, and general administrative tasks
• Enter and update information accurately in company systems
• Assist clients with tax files and paperwork as needed
• Provide professional customer service both in person and over the phone
• Support light accounting and bookkeeping tasks
• Assist with general office operations and administrative projects What We're Looking For
• Previous administrative experience is required
• Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel
• QuickBooks experience is preferred
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional office environment
