Billing Clerk

Frozen Food Express is looking for a Billing Clerk for our Lancaster, TX location.

Responsibilities:

• Create orders for dedicated accounts
• Bill invoices to various accounts
• Maintain daily billing report of billed orders and unbilled report
• Responsible for all inbound and outbound paperwork for dedicated accounts
• Scan all necessary documents
• Invoice customers on their website
• Assist with other filing and office needs as requested for the billing department
• Regular attendance is required

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills
• Must have at least two years of clerical work experience
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
• Ability to solve problems where work is defined with established instructions and processes
• Ability to work under close detailed instruction
• Experience in the transportation industry a plus although not required
• Must be able to comply with all company policies, rules, procedures, and code of conduct
• Must be able to interact well with others
• Must be able to work independently, or in a team setting
• Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities
• AS400 experience is preferred, but not required
