CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.As an Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain independence and quality of life so they can safely perform daily activities. Every day you will assess diverse patients (orthopedic, neurological, sensory, cancer recovery, etc.), develop treatment plans, and conduct evaluations/re-evaluations. You will be expected to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document thoroughly, and provide positive, motivating care to a high volume of patients. To be successful in this role, you must be flexible, adaptable, exceptionally organized, and a personable, motivating team player.Meets or exceeds the productivity standard on an individual basis and at department level.Completes documentation of treatment minutes and enters electronic charges accurately and timely.Participates in continuing education and develops advanced skills that enhance and align with department, clinical and business development.Participates on internal/external task force, committee or board appropriate to diagnostic program per manager approval.Completes general and specialty competencies appropriate to clinical area for patient care management (General, ICU, FIM, DBS, Lung Transplant, Behavior management, MBS, FEES, etc). Required Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy programInternship or rotation in appropriate clinical settingLicensed by AZ State Board of Occupational TherapyAmerican Heart Association Basic Life Support certificate Preferred Master's or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical areaTwo (2) years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical careHello humankindnessImagine a workplace where your passion for healing meets a commitment to community.
