Recruiter

The Temp Recruiter will support one of the leading recruitment teams within Michael Page. This role requires sourcing, interviewing, prepping, onboarding, and handling all candidate offer management for various roles. This temporary position is based in New York City in midtown west. Client Details This role will support an internal team at Michael Page with sourcing. The role is open due to an influx of business and hiring requests within the team. Description Source and screen candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions to attract qualified candidates. Maintain accurate records of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system. Provide support during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Collaborate with your Manager to meet recruitment goals and deadlines. Communicate with candidates to provide updates and manage expectations throughout the hiring process. Stay informed about market trends and best practices in recruitment. Profile A successful Temp Recruiter should have: Experience with recruitment processes, including sourcing and interviewing candidates. Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or similar recruitment tools. Ability to work collaboratively with the team and hiring managers. A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines. Job Offer Hourly pay ranging from $35-45/hr.
