Recovery Case Manager - SUD Specialist (Native Community)

The Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa is seeking a full-time Recovery Case Manager in Minneapolis, providing vital support in substance use disorder services. Key responsibilities include creating comprehensive recovery plans, facilitating access to services, and maintaining confidentiality. An associate degree in Human Services and valid driver's license are required, along with certifications in NARCAN and CPR. Candidates must demonstrate cultural sensitivity to Native American communities and be available for on-call shifts.
