About the Role: Program Supervisor Implement quality programs which provide meaningful experiences for adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities. Manage personal and monitor classroom schedules. Participate in the planning and provision of recreation/activities. Ensure performance management and contract/funding compliance. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a program that supports people with developmental disabilities. Must complete Professional Crisis Management Training (provided). Must successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
