Business Development and Strategic Growth

• Lead strategic business development initiatives and guide consulting teams in identifying, developing, and securing opportunities across marketing strategy, customer experience, and strategic planning.
• Develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations for existing and prospective clients by analyzing market trends, competitive dynamics, industry developments, distribution channels, and customer behavior.
• Partner with creative, design, data, technology, and marketing operations teams to develop compelling business cases and transformation strategies that demonstrate the value of experience-driven digital transformation and establish long-term client partnerships.
• Promote the organization’s consulting capabilities, differentiators, and market positioning across internal business units to strengthen collaboration and drive new business opportunities.

Client Engagement and Program Delivery

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver consulting engagements that enhance clients’ marketing effectiveness, customer experience capabilities, and overall strategic direction.
