Position Student Employee Department Athletics Classification Part‑time, Non‑benefit eligible Rate IL State minimum wage Duties Setup/tear down for Benedictine home athletic contests Collect stats Manage social media Operate scoreboard Broadcast events PA announcing Other opportunities as assigned Required Qualifications Must be a currently enrolled Benedictine student in good standing. Must have FWS funds to apply. Physical Requirements The employee is regularly required to talk or hear, stand, walk, use hands to touch, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds. Use of computer screen, phone and customer service. May require bending or sitting for long periods. Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus. Campus specific guidelines for pandemic protocols must be followed. Training All University‑specific and/or OSHA‑related training must be completed. Training will be conducted online or in person. Location Athletics (Rice/Sports Complex) Application Deadline N/A Hours per week 10–20 per pay period, varying with number of home events.
