Role Overview: Responsible for delivering personalized care to renal and diabetic patients in a Med Surg Renal Diabetic department. Key Responsibilities Execute individualized care plans, monitor clinical status, and ensure rapid interventions for optimal recovery. Coordinate multidisciplinary care teams to provide seamless, holistic patient care. Accurately translate physician and nursing orders into clinical actions, maintaining safety and care standards.
