  • MD Shifts:
    • Monday: 6:30a-4p, 10a-9p, 4p-12a, 9p-7a
    • Tuesday: 6:30a-4p, 10a-9p, 4p-12a, 9p-7a
    • Wednesday-Friday: 6:30a-4p, 11a-9p, 4p-12a, 9p-7a
    • Saturday & Sunday: 7a-4p, 11a-9p, 4p-12a, 9p-7a
  • NP/PA Shifts:
    • Monday-Thursday: 8a-6p, 11a-10p, 6p-4a
    • Friday: 8a-6p, 1p-10p, 6p-4a
    • Saturday & Sunday: 8a-7p, 6p-4a
• Job Setting: Emergency Department - Level 3 Trauma Center; 45 ED beds and 5 triage rooms
• Types of Cases: Annual volume of 40,000; ADE 109; Admit/Obs: 30%; Transfer: 3.1%; EMS Arrivals: 33%
• Credentialing: 90-day privileging timeframe once application is complete and submitted to CVO. Required items include: state license and DEA, copies of degree, residency certificate, board certificate, photo ID, driver's license, TB, flu documentation, claims history of past 5 years, all current/prior work history and affiliations verified, and three peer references.

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: BC in Emergency Medicine (ABEM), Family Medicine (ABFM), or Internal Medicine (ABIM) with a minimum of 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience required
• Certifications:
  • ABEM providers: Must show documentation of having completed ATLS at least once; not required to maintain ongoing certification
  • ABFM/ABIM providers: Must maintain current ATLS certification
• Licensure: Active Ohio license and DEA required; IMLC approved as of 07/08/2026
