Construction Laborer

Pay: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
Position Overview
Sacred Ground Excavation LLC is seeking a hardworking and dependable Construction Laborer to join our excavation team. This position will support a variety of excavation and site development projects while working alongside experienced operators and construction professionals.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction, landscaping, excavation, or a related field and be motivated to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with excavation and site preparation projects
- Perform general construction labor duties on residential and commercial job sites
- Support equipment operators and crew members during excavation activities
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist with grading, trenching, digging, and site cleanup
- Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols
- Operate hand tools and basic construction equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience working in construction, landscaping, excavation, or a similar role required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely on active job sites
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation preferred
