• ️ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients
• ️ Provide skilled intervention to improve strength, mobility, motor development, and functional independence
• ️ Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical presentation
• ️ Document services in our easy-to-use EMR to meet clinical standards and payer requirements
• ️ Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family-centered care
• ️ Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapy students

What Your Caseload May Look Like You’ll see mostly toddlers and school-age children, with some infants and adolescents. Patients may range from 2 weeks to 20 years old. Common diagnoses include developmental delay, toe walking, torticollis/plagiocephaly, Down syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, and other genetic or neurological conditions. What We’re Looking For

• DPT or PT degree from an accredited program
• Oklahoma PT license or eligibility to obtain
• Someone with 3+ years of experience in pediatrics who is willing and eager to take on students and supervise PTAs.
