Instructional Designer

Immediate need for a talented Instructional Designer. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in McLean VA (Onsite). Please review the job description below.

Job ID: 26-28659 Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: Articulate 360, Camtasia, ADDIE or Blooms Taxonomy methodology
• Expertise using Articulate 360 software suite of products to create web-based training, including Rise and Storyline.
• Experience working with Camtasia software is preferred.
• Experience drafting content and developing graphics and videos per SME feedback.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of adult learning theory
• Ability to adapt by using Our training framework and approach
• Project management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Self-motivated team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Familiarity with procurement, supply chain, or risk management a plus.
• Minimum five-year instructional design experience
• Familiarity with ADDIE and Blooms Taxonomy methodology
• Must provide two samples of work from Instructional Design portfolio. Must complete practical assessment if selected to move forward in the interview process.
