Life Insurance Team Member

As a valued Life Insurance Team Member at Michelle Cole Insurance Agency Inc, you play a vital role in improving customers' lives through personalized life insurance solutions. You will help grow our Santa Fe agency by building strong customer relationships and connecting client needs with the right State Farm life insurance products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clear information about State Farm life insurance products, prioritizing life insurance before auto and home/renters insurance.
• Assist customers with life insurance policy applications, renewals, and endorsements.
• Conduct needs-based interviews in the agent's office to tailor life insurance coverage.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Support the agent's marketing efforts focused on life insurance growth.
• Ensure quality service to all State Farm policyholders.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Must complete licensing requirements to solicit and service State Farm products.

This opportunity is with Michelle Cole Insurance Agency Inc, a State Farm agent, not State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $17.00 per hour.
