Team MemberThe Taco Bell Crew Member is the first face that customers see when they walk through the door or first voice they hear when they place a drive-thru order so YOU will set the tone for the Taco Bell customer experience and bring the great Taco Bell tastes to life. They are part of the team that makes our great products. You set the quality and the pace of the restaurant by executing our standards and recipes, so our guests get the great tasting food they came to purchase. Ability to understand and execute order instructions, as well as read and comprehend training and safety materials relevant to the position. If you want to build a great career while providing fast, fun, and friendly service to our customers, Taco Bell is the place to learn, grow and succeed!Education/Experience:Prior work experience in a food or customer service position desirable, but not required.Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:16 years old or olderLegal right to work in the United States.Good communication skillsAble to lift 10-50 pounds, reach with arms and hands, stand, and walk for long periods.Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.Use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrist.Must have good manual dexterity to be able to work rapidly and accurately during rush periods.Must be able to tolerate standing, walking, and stooping during 90% of shift time.
