Human Resources Specialist

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM Requirements: Background check and drug screening required Job Summary We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to provide day-to-day HR support for employees and assist with staffing, onboarding, employee records, leave administration, and employee relations. Responsibilities Provide customer service and HR support to employees Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding Coordinate job fairs and recruiting activities Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee files Track employee leave and assist with FMLA compliance Prepare employee leave and HR-related notification letters Support the temporary employee conversion process Process employee evaluation forms and coordinate orientation activities Review and process monthly HR invoices Assist with temporary employee payroll and pre-employment/post-accident testing Maintain HR supplies and employee records Support employee recognition programs and workplace communications Maintain facility bulletin boards and other employee information Help ensure HR processes and documentation remain accurate and compliant with company policies Qualifications Required: At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or an administrative role Experience with Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow up on tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred: Military experience Experience identifying and resolving workplace or administrative issues Additional Information Background check required Drug screening required Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs #J-18808-Ljbffr CRG
