Shopper Marketing Manager

We're partnering with a consumer products company to find a Shopper Marketing Manager who will help bridge brand strategy, retail execution, and shopper insights. This person will lead shopper marketing programs across key retail accounts, uncover actionable consumer insights, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to drive growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and experienced in developing retail marketing initiatives that influence shopper behavior both in-store and online. This role is hybrid with 3 days a week in office and offers a competitive base salary, benefits package and 10% bonus potential. Responsibilities Develop and execute shopper marketing programs across retail and eCommerce channels, including promotions, digital campaigns, retailer media, partnerships, and in-store activations. Build and maintain annual shopper marketing plans and promotional calendars across national and regional retailers. Analyze shopper, consumer, and retail performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization. Translate data into actionable insights related to shopper demographics, purchasing behavior, path-to-purchase, and category trends. Manage relationships with retail media networks, data providers, and external agency or vendor partners. Track campaign performance, measure ROI, and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Manage shopper marketing budgets, forecasting, and spend reconciliation processes. Partner closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and investment strategies. Support business planning through competitive analysis, market intelligence, and performance reporting. Serve as a key voice of the shopper within the organization, helping shape strategies that drive consumer engagement and sales growth. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, category management, sales strategy, or a related consumer products environment. Experience working with retailer-specific marketing programs and retail media networks. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations. Proficiency with syndicated data platforms, shopper insights tools, retail analytics, and consumer research. Experience managing budgets, campaign performance reporting, and ROI measurement. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience working with cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs. Occasional travel as needed.
