Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst / Accountant to support a large healthcare organization. This is a mostly remoet/hybrid opportunity for a professional with strong financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, and advanced Excel skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
- Perform financial analysis and reporting of operational results
- Create and maintain financial models and spreadsheets
- Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities
- Reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
- Generate ad hoc reports for leadership and business partners
- Support audit and tax-related documentation requests
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of Financial Analyst and/or Corporate Accounting experience
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, general ledger accounting, and month-end close
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Healthcare industry experience required
- Knowledge of GAAP required
- Experience supporting healthcare financial operations, managed care, or provider organizations is a plus
