Our award-winning seating solutions are developed from consumer research, finding the ease of operation to be comfortable, convenient and connected.Job Responsibilities:Education and/or Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, plus two years of supervisory experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Project.Experience with SAP systems and production communication devices preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.Demonstrated problem-solving ability and sound decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.Job DutiesSupervise daily foam production operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, organized, and professional work environment.Lead and develop employees through open communication, fair and consistent policy administration, performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.Drive operational excellence by improving first-run quality, productivity, labor efficiency, and continuous improvement.Promote and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental standards by conducting training, inspections, investigations, audits, and corrective actions to maintain a safe workplace.Ensure compliance with Magna Employee Charter principles, Quality and Material Management Systems, ISO 14001 requirements, and company objectives while supporting high productivity and positive EOS results.The above is intended to describe the general content of and the requirements for the performance of this position.
