What You'll Do as a Shift Leader:

As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your leadership will help create a positive experience for both customers and team members. Here's what your day-to-day might look like: - Oversee daily operations during your shift to ensure everything runs efficiently. - Lead and support team members to deliver excellent customer service. - Monitor food preparation and quality to maintain our high standards. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care. - Assist in training and mentoring new team members. - Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant during your shift. - Manage shift schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time.
