Position Overview Manufacturing Quality Control Technician – Groveland, FL Schedule Monday‑Friday 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Some overtime required. Responsibilities Understand product lines and specifications. Conduct thorough testing and inspection of each product. Use QC module software to locate jobs, record inspections, and complete surveys. Maintain test equipment in working order. Support product lines to ensure steady flow through efficient testing. Communicate findings via email, QC module updates, and with supervisors. Cover one product line and perform final inspection and functional testing. Act as operator for the line when QC duties are not required. Be cross‑trained on additional product lines. Collaborate with quality engineers to execute QA/QC procedures. Complete QC photos, scanning, and document internal quality issues in QMS. Report status to the Quality Manager (QM). Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications 3 to 4 years of experience in manufacturing quality control. Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality. Experience working with controls and quality check instruments. Basic Microsoft Office/Windows proficiency. Good problem‑solving judgment and decision‑making skills. Ability to read printed schematics, technical bulletins, and tape measures. Physical stamina: lift 50 lbs. and stand on concrete for extended periods.
