$100,000+ at plan commission

• Conduct weekly follow-ups with clients to provide updates and feedback on their property listings, ensuring engagement and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts and guide transactions through to closing.
• Maintain consistent communication with sellers through weekly calls to discuss listing performance and market activity.
• Schedule and deliver compelling listing presentations to prospective sellers, highlighting exceptional service and market expertise.
• Respond promptly to incoming leads and prospective homebuyers to cultivate and expand a strong client base.
• Negotiate effectively with buyer’s agents to achieve optimal terms and successful outcomes for sellers.
• Follow up on leads generated by the sales team and coordinate listing appointments.
• Present professional, persuasive listing consultations to secure new business and build lasting client relationships.
• Provide sellers with regular updates on listing status, feedback, and showing activity to ensure transparency and trust.

• Demonstrates the ability to perform comprehensive market research with a strong understanding of real estate trends and industry dynamics.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently with a high level of motivation.
• Experienced in managing and maintaining customer databases containing confidential client information.
• Proficient in using, or able to quickly learn, real estate–specific CRM systems and marketing/lead generation technologies.
• Possesses at least one year of professional experience within the real estate industry.
