Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Overview The Quality Assurance Specialist role serves to support a healthy Quality Management System by acting as a process owner, subject‑matter expert, project manager, and facilitator for the various subjects within Modular's Quality Management System. Job Duties and Responsibilities As a Quality Assurance Specialist with Modular, you will be responsible for the following areas directly connected to the Global Production and Quality organizational goals: Support and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Execute and maintain ISO 9001 compliance activities Perform document control and intranet maintenance Support and execute both internal and external audits Support corrective and preventive actions originated internally and externally Execute root‑cause analysis investigations Support risk management activities Uphold organizational values Support quality improvement projects Required Skills Education Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, quality, or computer science. A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Experience Quality Management System implementation and maintenance with a minimum of 4 years' experience. Utilizing various quality standards and directives. Experience interpreting and ensuring compliance with QMS requirements.
