John Lee GEICO Local Office in King of Prussia is looking for an Insurance Account Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is driven, goal-oriented, and eager to grow . Whether you have previous insurance experience or a strong background in sales or customer service, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and build a rewarding career in insurance. What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
- Develop new business through lead follow-up, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.
- Prepare quotes and present personalized insurance solutions.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities toward the sale.
- Build lasting customer relationships that generate retention and referrals.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity in agency systems
- Work with the team to achieve individual and agency sales goals.
The ideal candidate is:
- Goal-oriented and motivated by results.
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers.
- An excellent communicator and active listener.
- Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is preferred .
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable making calls and following up with prospects.
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Coachable, dependable, and eager to improve.
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred .
- Base salary + commission compensation structure.
