Material Handler

Join our team as a Material Handler and be a critical part of the process that gets our products out the door. In this role, you’ll take materials directly from production through final cooling, packaging, and staging, ensuring every order is accurate and ready for shipment. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, staying organized, and keeping operations running smoothly. Compensation & Schedule Starting Wage: $20.00/hr ($1.30/hr more for nights) Rotating 3-2-2-3 Schedule (on for 3, off for 2, on for 2, off for three) Medical insurance (Co‑pay plan and HDHP) with substantial company contribution. Manage the cooling process of materials. Properly pick, stage and load outbound finished goods within established guidelines. Complete and maintain accurate documentation and paperwork for all outgoing shipments. Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for process improvement and aid in implementing changes as necessary.
