SEAS HYCC Facility Supervisor

Department: Hyannis Youth and Community Center Division Job Summary An individual responsible for oversight and supervision for the areas within the Hyannis Youth and Community Center including but not limited to the gymnasium, game room, walking track, skating rinks, lobby, common areas and meeting spaces. Assists with the daily operations of the facility. Ensures adherence to policies and procedures set by the HYCC management. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to seasonal personnel management and financial accountability for daily sales. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma Supervisory Experience 1-2 years Certification in CPR, First Aid & AED Additional Qualifications Knowledge of public relations and customer service Ability to identify and handle emergency procedures Knowledge of how to plan, organize and coordinate staff for adequate coverage of programs and operations Ability to oversee revenue collections Ability to enforce rules and regulations set forth by the Town of Barnstable, State and Federal Government #J-18808-Ljbffr Town of Barnstable
