Join us and build for travelers everywhere.Senior Program Manager, The Information Technology (IT) team enables EG with productivity tools, support operations, corporate networking, hybrid data centers, network operations center/site reliability, and IT Service Management. The TPM function with IT drives end-to-end delivery for cross-functional technical programs from idea to launch so the business gets predictable, measurable outcomes. Leveraging a blend of agile and traditional methodologies, this team enables clarity, accountability, and execution through structured planning, well-defined scope and success metrics, disciplined risk and dependency management, and transparent communication with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.In this role, you will:Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple complex, high-visibility, and transformational programs — including enterprise-wide AI deployments, workplace productivity solutions, and operational unification initiativesBuild and maintain program governance structures, including business cases, stakeholder alignment, budgets, risk registers, and executive communicationsQuickly develop deep knowledge of new domains and build trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organizationPartner with and oversee vendors in support of program delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and contractual performance standardsProactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues — anticipating challenges before they create program impactsIntegrate timelines, milestones, and cross-program dependencies, making real-time adjustments to keep delivery on trackApply systems thinking to connect people, process, and technology, and implement holistic solutions to complex organizational challengesCommunicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly and confidently to senior and executive audiences, adapting messaging to diverse stakeholder groupsDefine measures of success, evaluate progress, and lead continuous improvement efforts across program executionGuide functional peers on frameworks and methodologies, and foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharingMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience in program or project management.Significant experience leading end-to-end program or project delivery in a technical or product development environment, including ownership of timelines, scope, and risk management across multiple teams or services.Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, with clear communication of plans, status, and risks to both technical and non-technical audiences.Proven track record using data, metrics, and tooling to monitor program health, drive accountability, and inform prioritization and trade-off decisions.Preferred qualifications:Program management experience delivering large-scale, transformational programs in complex enterprise environments, with a demonstrated history of achieving measurable business outcomesExperience leading enterprise-wide AI, automation, or workplace productivity solution deploymentsPMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certificationExperience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and enterprise service deliveryFamiliarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platformsAgile or hybrid delivery methodology experienceThe total cash range for this position in Seattle is $184,500.00 to $258,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $295,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
