Diamond Event Management is seeking dependable, hardworking, and professional individuals to join our event team as Event Setup Team Members .

This position is responsible for helping prepare event spaces before guests arrive and, when scheduled, assisting with breakdown after events. The ideal candidate is punctual, organized, physically capable of handling event equipment, and able to follow instructions while working efficiently as part of a team.

Events may include weddings, corporate events, private parties, conferences, celebrations, community events, and other special occasions.

$18 hourly

• Load, unload, carry, and organize event equipment and supplies.

• Set up tables, chairs, linens, cocktail tables, staging items, signage, and other event materials.

• Arrange event spaces according to floor plans and instructions provided by the event manager.

• Properly place tablecloths, chair covers, centerpieces, décor, and other event items as assigned.

• Dependable and punctual.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good attention to detail.

• Must have reliable transportation to assigned event locations.

• Event, hospitality, catering, warehouse, moving, or setup experience is helpful but not required.

• Work on exciting, high-profile events with a dynamic team.
