Senior Real Estate Counsel for Tech & Infrastructure

Atoms is seeking a senior real estate attorney to lead leases, ground leases, and related commercial agreements for our growing hardware-software platforms. You will draft and close complex leases and PSAs, advise on development and land-use issues, and partner with acquisitions, development, and finance teams to move transactions forward.
Based in our Los Angeles or San Francisco offices, you will help build a scalable playbook to close a high volume of deals while maintaining rigorous legal
