You will collaborate closely with a skilled team of healthcare professionals and have the opportunity to influence patient outcomes in a dynamic, community-focused setting.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and challenges to formulate effective treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the use of assistive devices to alleviate pain and restore function.Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment programs that enable patients to meet their rehabilitation goals, thereby allowing them to regain independence and quality of life.Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately to ensure comprehensive care and clear communication within the healthcare team.Regularly reassess patient progress and goals to adjust treatment strategies when necessary for optimal outcomes.Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on exercise regimens, self-care techniques, and the proper use of mobility aids.Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, assessing literature, and actively participating in peer networks to maintain cutting-edge knowledge in physical therapy.Patient Population / Client FocusThe primary client focus at Motion Care Rehab Center includes a wide range of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions that impact their physical mobility. You will play a crucial role in helping these patients regain their maximum potential through skilled rehabilitation.QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in essential computer applications.A flexible and agile approach to adapting treatment methods based on patient responses and progress.Preferred ExperienceWhile prior experience is not required, candidates with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities are preferable.An eagerness to learn and embrace mentorship opportunities will be regarded positively, especially for new graduates.Compensation and BenefitsThe annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
