To learn more about our schools, visit us at is:ClassifiedOur Ideal Candidate Will:Maintain internal auditing procedures at the assigned school site(s) making sure that compliance is met as it relates to Student Records and the Compliance Department Student File ManualCoordinate with teachers and other administrative staff to implement systems ensuring minimal risk of audit issuesEnroll all incoming students and assist support staff with the creation of student files for all incoming students ensuring all student information is correctly entered into the internal student information system during the time of enrollment up until withdrawal from the school siteReview and monitor monthly reports sent from the Student Record Analyst to ensure compliancePrepare for monthly audits, ensuring the integrity of student information, student work, and attendance uploaded to the student information systemUtilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to modify daily procedures to strengthen data management and entry at the school siteYou’ll need the following minimum requirements:Knowledge of state auditing independent study requirements for public charter schools preferredTeacher, coordinator, or other staff familiar with student file maintenance, auditing, accounting background, or education regulations background preferredKnowledge of MS Office and/or Google SuitePay:$19.00 per hour - No degree$21.00 per hour w/ BA/BS #J-18808-Ljbffr Opportunities For Learning
