Circadia Flooring is a commercial flooring contractor dedicated to providing customers with the highest quality service and installation of all types of commercial floor-covering. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inside Salesperson / Estimator to join our commercial flooring team. This position is responsible for reviewing project plans and specifications, coordinating pricing, preparing proposals and working directly with general contractors. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial construction and/or flooring, understands construction documents, communicates professionally with clients and vendors, while managing multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Prepare accurate project estimates and proposals
• Coordinate pricing with vendors, distributors, and internal teams
• Communicate with general contractors regarding scope, clarifications, and bid requirements
• Attend pre-bid meetings and jobsite walkthroughs
• Able to understand a scope review, and value engineering opportunities
• Maintain organized project files and documentation
• Collaborate with operations to ensure profitable project execution

Experience/Qualifications

• Experience in commercial flooring, construction estimating, or related
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Experience with estimating or construction management software
• Knowledge of commercial flooring products
