This role involves meeting clients in their homes or businesses to provide design consultation and create custom closet, home office, entertainment system, pantry, laundry, or garage solutions. Responsibilities Take well-qualified appointments and generate your own sales leads. Provide design consultation and create custom solutions for clients. Utilize training and technical support to stay updated on industry design and innovation advances. Develop new business, nurture long‑term client relationships, and build a referral network. Network with associations and other groups to expand business opportunities. Qualifications Excellent selling, negotiation, closing, and follow‑up skills. Strong communication abilities. Highly organized and detail‑oriented. Capable of working independently and collaboratively. Self‑starter with a willingness to self‑learn. Interest in interior design and organization.
