Reliant Healthcare is seeking an organized, dependable, and patient-focused Intake Coordinator to join our team. This position plays an important role in coordinating the patient intake process and helping ensure information moves accurately and efficiently between our Intake, Case Management, and Pharmacy teams.

This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented, comfortable working with multiple systems, and who enjoys being part of a fast-paced healthcare environment. Pharmacy Technician experience is a plus.

What You'll Do

As an Intake Coordinator, you will help manage the intake process from the time patient information is received through documentation and entry into our electronic systems. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate patient referral intake and accurately enter patient information.
• Scan and process documentation into electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Communicate and coordinate with Pharmacy and Case Management teams.
• Request, track, and follow up on required patient documentation.
• Run claims and prepare reports using Pioneer and other systems.
• Process incoming documents through Formstack.
• Answer and manage incoming calls to Reliant Healthcare's queue lines.
• Work within multiple healthcare software platforms, including Pioneer, Tennr, WeInfuse, and Reliant Intake.
• Maintain accurate records and data in accordance with company procedures and applicable healthcare requirements.

• Maintains a professional, patient-centered approach.
• Is comfortable learning new software and healthcare processes.
• Pays close attention to accuracy and documentation.

Pharmacy Technician experience or pharmacy knowledge is a strong plus. Familiarity with pharmacy, Home Medical Equipment (HME), or infusion services is also preferred.

Experience & Education

Pharmacy Technician degree strongly recommended.

Training will be provided. Candidates with previous pharmacy technician, healthcare intake, medical office, patient services, or similar healthcare experience are especially encouraged to apply.
