Founding Director, Frontier AI Platform & Operations

Morpheus Talent Solutions is seeking a Sr. Director to own the frontier AI platform and operational stack for a new business line. This founding role offers autonomy to shape the operating model from day one. You will partner with the GM, Frontier Business, and lead across engineering, delivery and commercial teams to build a scalable operating model for training and TEV services.
