What will you be doing? * Produce products and components to specifications to perform such tasks as shearing, drilling, de-burring and all bench operations. * Set up, operate and maintain a variety of machines/tools to produce precision parts. * Troubleshoot to find and eliminate defects to ensure product meets specs. * Read and interpret drawings * Monitor product quality during the process. * Maintain work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition. What do you need to be considered for the job? * 1+ years of job experience milling, turning, drilling, taping, deburring, and bench operations. * Ability to read blueprints and other product specs. * Good organizational skills. * Dependable - arrive at 6:00 am and be ready for the day. * Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 25 pounds, sometimes over 50 pounds * High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred) * CNC programming experience required for the upper level.
