Office Operations Assistant

Nature Of Work
Responsible for various clerical duties, including customer service, answering/directing phone calls, scanning documentation and verification into client cases, processing/sorting/distributing incoming mail, emails, and faxes, processing outgoing mail, greeting clients at the front desk, logging clients in to appropriate departments, providing back-up coverage for other Operations staff. Candidate will routinely operate various types of office equipment, such as fax machines, printers/copiers, and scanners. Other duties as assigned. Raleigh County 1 vacancy.
Minimum Qualifications
Training: Graduation from a standard high school or the equivalent.
